Jurisdiction is the Bahamas. Stern and Nichole have NOT complied with the request for DNA....of course, she is dead. However, I think the Bahamas will rule a request for DNA to appease US courts...while their law is different, I don't think they want to be in the spot light.
Meantime, Stern should have custody for now as he is the father in the bc. But foster care? Where is the harm to the child..it's about the money. And, I think Birkhead will be shown as the father.
