the landlord sold the house and is raising the rent when her lease comes due. So, she is allowing her to move w/o penalty. Ex mentioned non-chalantly
Should I have my attorney offer a proposal? What would be in line? Should I go for a lot and settle in the middle?
Interesting turn of events. This would, in effect, be move 9 in 5.25 years.
