as long as the parents are citizens, and you file to show this with a consulate, the child is considered for citizenship...to the age of 18. Did I read this incorrectly? Wow, we are so lucky to be born here...regardless of the issues, it is the greatest place on the planet...what could be better? I am sure some have opinions but that is just fine!
