My husband and I have been non-legally separted for about a year now. We have a 2yr old son who we each came to an aggreement that he would have him for 6mon and I the same. In March he was supposed to come live with me full time. I just found out that my husband is going to file for custody before he comes back to reside with me. He lives in KS and I live in TX. I need to know if there is anything I can do to get my son back?
