sure, starving a child can lead to iminent harm, death. Being overweight may take years, if at all. We klnow for a fact all people who do not eat die. Not all overweight people die in the same duration. Would the harm be greater by removing the child? Is there something bigger needing dealt with besides just removing the kid.
