Hello all, Here is the situation: A couple are married for 8 years. Now the wife wants divorce. they have a 7 years old son. Husband took care of the son most of the time when wife went to school full time. Only husband work and he has been supported the family. The wife never worked but graduated last June, not working yet. Another point is the husband work from home office (full time stable job). Now, who get the more chance to get son's custody ?
