done that. The children reside in ND. I contacted his case worker Monday right away to let her know. Her response was "I WILL SEND YOU PAPERWORK THAT TELLS YOU HOW TO MAKE PAYMENTS." Geez, I knew he would still have to pay, I called to see if there was any help available.
Thanks Gecko.....I downloaded the forms from the ND website along with a waiver. I'm just scared, ya know. We have ALWAYS been on top of CS and getting into arrears where they take your tax return, etc. is somewhere I do not want to go. I am scared because my DH does not have disability insurance and will be off work for months. How am I going to do this by myself????????
