When his unemployment was about to run out he decided to try and go with his own business. Since he no longer had unemployment income to garnish and we had missed a full payment, they just started ganishing his bank accounts.
So long as you have something to garnish, they take half. Them taking the money in your accounts happens when there is nothing to garnish. They apparently assume you are hiding money.
WA used to take the spouses money also, until that was found to be unconstitutional. WA sucks!
