Well just got back AGAIN from ICU. I did receive a letter from CS stating where to send payments. I poceeded to call the worker and told her there would be no payments coming, DH cannot work. She told again that they would pile up. I asked her about a motion, she said he would not qualify for a COC because this isn't permenant!!! She said if I wanted to try I would have to contact a ND lawyer. I told her I was on the ND website (which Gecko told me about) and did find the forms and instructions to file myself. She seemed dumbfounded, she was "oh really, wow, I've never heard of such a thing, well if it works let me know." She told me the only way to petition for a modification (under the 35 mo mandatory review) was to have an attorney do it. I feel like my back is against the wall! I told her that we have never been in CS and we are not trying to avoid. but need some help. Her response is "you can send us payments." This is how the CS office works in Fargo. That must be why they made that movie "FARGO" because they truely are dumber than a nail!!! Had to joke, or I would cry!!!
