Maybe. It sounds more like a control issue. She is probobly going to claim you try to control her and interfere with her parenting time by enrolling him in sports in your area. By having him in sports in your area, and then letting you take him would give you more time than her. But she probobly doesn't like sports and really doesn't want to be a the sports mom spending all her extra time chit chatting with the other parents on the side lines.
Did you talk to your attorney? Any idea where exactly this is going or how fast?
