Jim, it seems to me that if a woman could prove that her equal rights are being violated and that she is being discriminated in the job place by not receiveing equal pay. Why could a man not use that same tact in child custody matters. Seems to me that a class action suit against a state could be mounted on the basis of the percentages. In my state 93% of NCP's created by the state are Male. Is that not a clear case of discrimination based on gender? Correct me if I am wrong. Scott
