I already corrected that -- you just didn't see it. It's very technical. There is a critical legal difference between discrimination (where you have to prove intent ... and in this case, you can't) and disparate impact (which is just a statistical artifact that may be explained by many things other than gender bias).

There is also a critical difference between workplace discrimination (where the burden is on the employer to justify statistical disparity) and government gender discrimination (where the burden is not on the gov't to defend its practices but on you to prove that there is one and only one explanation for the disparate impact -- intentional gender bias).

Many people before you have run this angle of attack to ground. It is a dead end. You would be well-advised to waste no time on it. You will fail ... because, technically, under the way our legal system works, you're incorrect.
