Because of women who lie about their situations, even though all who say they are being hit get the initial restraining order, once the real investigation begins and evidence is requested, some people doing the evaluations are very sceptical because so many women lie and may dismiss a real situation.
My beef is with the women who lie because it causes those who are really in a dire situation to sometimes not be believed.
