Really thats funny because when my ex and I were fighting for custody of his son (that had been abused) the first thing she told us was that just because you are male does not mean that you can't get custody. Of course she then lost the case and charged us a million dollars for it.
About 7 yrs ago we had a mediator in this town reverse custody for about 6 or 7 kids because of PAS. We used the same mediator and lost the case and she was biased and on moms side. In fact I think he exact words were "Mom (insert name) do you think I am siding with you?" Well hum lets see.
