Graham, I have never disagreed with Scott that people have used restraining orders for their own personal gain. My beef with his logic is that while it is nice to think that abolishing something like restaining orders for DV's and legislation that helps DV victims will help fathers rights chances are that won't be the case. In addition to that it will create a much bigger problem. Also it is the fact that he still can't come up with a alternative to the problem. Plus what do you do to prove that someone has pr has not been abused?

It is much like this: In the city that I live in they tried to get tough with the homeless people. There solution was to run them out of the parks and the bcity. Ok well they just go somewhere else if you don't have a plan to help them instead of get rid of them. Flawed logic if you ask me.
