Yeah my ex did this 6 weeks ago and the sherif came to my house and took my daughter, I was told that I would have a chance to tell my side within a week. Well 6 weeks later, I am still waiting and the next date is on the 19th. Oh yeah and don't forget that the criminal courts operate the same way.
