Holly, I never said that the restraining orders should be abolished-you again are trying to put words in my mouth. The problem is that a restraining order is put into effect with out due process. And because no one questions these orders they are open to abuse. When a woman makes a false accusation and it is proven-what happens to her? Her hands are not even slapped. I would think that a false accusation should hold the same punishment as not conforming to the restraining order. Of course that would involve women going to jail-a process that I am sure your liberal mind could not wrap itself around. Scott
