He needs to request a reduction in cs asap, or make SOME payments. Not making anything looks really bad.

Now, Cp can do whatever she wants...it is up too dad to hire an attorney and pursue...but I am sure he cannot afford one...he is behind on cs. This is a flaw in the system. Mom simply needs to notify cs enforcement and they can go after him, basically representing the mother with all their muscle. Dad can call the cops but they will say it is civil.
I would show up for the scheduled time, when denied simply make note of it and begin building a case...hopefully he won't be behind forever on cs.
Fastscott: I agree, cs is a free hand ot to mom, and they often rely on this money to survive. However, it is hardly welfare. Welfare, in my opinion, promotes a class of persons to remain unmotivated because their situation is not far better when working versus collecting from the gov't
