In the debate with the CS person she stated to you that it is easy to get a modification. However, prevailing wisdow shows it is not easy. They typically want to increase it and take time away from dad.
Note: a friend of mine did, through an attorney, get his reduced by $450 a month down from the max. He was terminated and so he started a new career. He will eventually, in the next year or so, be back above $100,000....but he did get a reduction. Thing was the attorneys agreed and they did not go to court
