Yes,in your mind he must be. I guess that it is more important that he pay the CS than see his child and have a place for her to stay when he does get to see her, let alone feed her. The courts seem to have the same opinion as you do. And we all know that the courts and the family court system have no flaws and that there is no need for reform. Again, the money is more important than the relationship he has with his child. And I guess that mothers who do not have custody must be flawed in some way also and must be horrible mothers if they do not have custody. Thinking like yours is one of the things that must be overcome if our children are ever going to have equal access to both parents.
