What does willful non-payment of child support have to do with "equal access"?
You remind me of one of those slick politicians who tells the public how CSE has "collected" xx millions of dollars of child support...like they went out beating the bushes and wrestled that money from parents who were refusing to pay when the reality is that they sat in their office with their thumbs up their butts while employers mailed in checks every payday.
And JUST like those politicians, you twisted the facts so your buddy can be a "victim"...IGNORE the fact that Dad willfully failed to pay child support, focus instead of the fact that Mom makes $100k and is using "welfare laws"; IGNORE the valid facts that I brought up, instead accuse me of being judgmental and politically correct and then start whining about "reform" and "equal access".
