So by that logic, hasn't this person already paid the price and why should they be shunned forever and forced to have living restrictions?
BTW So you know if your area has restriction laws? They are typically by city statute around here, not by state. So Omaha just recently passed it. Some areas pssed it with community schools, which means sex offenders can not live in their city at all.
