BTW - sex offenders have the highest level of recidivism of any offender. Unlike other crimes where you see a drastic reduction in crie versus aging, sex offenders remain constant offending at any age. Some think they can be rehabilitated...I don't. I am trying to find out if this guy is lawfully residing near a school with his conviction.
