It seems that you do not have any interest in reform of the family courts just as most legal fraternities fight to keep the status quo. What legal fraternity do you belong to? Your colors are showing. Most people who are involved in the legal community do not want reform because their livelyhood depends on the fact that there is no level playing field. And why is it that when a man complains it is whining and when a woman complains that it is rightous indignation. Our forefathers wilfully would not pay the tea tax-I quess they should have been shot. In the scenario I mentioned above-my friend never willfully not pay-he paid when he was able-a distinction you and the courts can not make.
