What the hell is your problem. You ASKED those of us with "legal minds" to enter into a discussion with you which is fine...EXCEPT that you really didn't want to "discuss" anything. ALL you wanted was for us to say "BAD MOM, VICTIM DAD".
I tried to clarify what it is that you wanted and to gleen more information, but instead I got fed a load of bullshit and insults.
It's REAL SIMPLE:
1. Mom should NOT be withholding Parenting Time because of non-payment of child support.
2. Dad NEEDS to pay his child support INSTEAD of making excuses.
3. If Dad WILLFULLY chooses NOT to pay child support, then he needs to spend time in jail.
4. The fact that Mom earns $100k a year does NOT preclude her from having equal access child support enforcement.
5. The fact that Mom earns $100k a year does NOT preclude Dad from providing financial support.
And sweetheart...I know the difference between "willful failure to pay" and being unable to pay. I spent two weeks in jail for $200 six years ago and I spent another two days last year because I paid my rent instead of getting evicted. I know what it is to face a "biased/corrupt" Judge...asshole actually said that it was "HIS courtroom and HE made the laws" and as a result, I ended up paying an unreasonable amount of child support for five years. I know what it is like to have to "pay" to see your child(ren) or have the cops tell you that it is a "civil matter" when the other parent tells you you can't see the kids. I went almost two years with NO contact with our children because of the ex and I had NO legal recourse because none existed at the time. And because of what I went through, I lobbied heavily for Parenting Time Enforcement with maximum penalities.
And one last thing...you ARE whining! In fact, that's all you have done since you came here...cry, cry, cry. This is NOT a FRG site, this is NOT a NCP site...THIS is a site for ALL parents...regarless of custodial designation, gender or marital status.
