There is a formula-but the judge can give a presumption of income that is more than what a person makes. If you are in seasonal work and say you make $30,000 in six months and nothing for the balance of the year-the presumption is that you make $60,000 a year. therefore your income for the formula is $60,000.
In Colorado 90 to 93% of custody cases are resolved in the womans favor-but there is no bias here,LOL.
They did change the word visitation to parenting time. But it is a change in the words only.
Most parenting time is still EOW if the court makes the decission.
But, if we are to believe some here-all is rosey and there is no need for reform. reform has already been accomplished!
