It just strikes me as funny that if Dad does not pay he deserves to go to jail-but if Mom withholds the child she should "not" be doing that in your opinion. Doesn't she deserve to go to jail? The fact that Mom makes $100,000 a year does not make her a better parent either does it? The fact that she can haul him into court whenever she likes because she can afford it and most times he is pro se because he can not afford representation I am sure has no bearing on the outcome. You truely speak from a feminists point of view and very evident that you do not have much respect for men that have or are in the same predicament as you.
