Sorry, but that is a load of Hooey. Some bar Associations support shared parenting including county bars and, in Minnesota, the family law committee of the state Bar. Itis also supported by the WI state Bar, the question is the verbage.
Trying to claim that a certain group of lawyers or anyone believes a certain way because it is all about money is narrow minded and taking a pot shot ay an easy target. Maybe they believe it is a bad idea. Just because you disagree with them, does not make them any less earnest.
Incidentally, new laws of any sort actually tend to create more litigation to sort out and define the laws limits. As a generaly rule, in the short term, it means more money is often paid to lawyers.
