Anyways, I spoke wit ex today. Wow, she agreed that was not right. She is going to pull records. I do owe April and May and am sending. I held off b/c she was using cs to pay her attorney...
Any how, I was surprised how agreeing she was. She then started asking questions how to settle. I told her I would consider an arrangement between us but after this issue was resolved. She said she would look and fill out the affadavit for those 8 or 9 months.
I have an e-mail detailing and that she requested be sent directly to her. I also have one where I indicate that it was a mistake to send to her. She ackn owledged receipt etc. of course whether the court is in agreement is anyone's guess.
Anyways, I see an opportunityfor a settlement. She wants to talk about the issues. She said none of my accusations were true. So I said tell me one...she mentioned registering as a different last name. She said she never did. I said I have records in her writing and her signature. She now says well the school filled that out, not her. I said ok, but it is you writing and I will scan and e-mail. She said she will call later.
She could cook my goose and put up a fight....hmmm, I may try to get something to settle, and drop the case. Any input?
