Is it a petition or a motion when requesting a hair follicle test?

We want the court to order the mother for drug testing. Child tested positive for drugs...we've submitted urine and hair, DCFS gave mother 3 days to comply with urine screen...she passed..however she knows how to mask it, give me a break 3 days????
