I am writing this for my husband. His ex-wife moved across the country with thier 2 children a year and a half ago. She is now refusing to answer our calls or return our calls. She is denying him all contact with his children. She now answers the phone and then hangs up so we cannot even leave a message. What are we suppose to do? My husband has legal right to see the children on holidays and throughout the summer.
