I thought this was supposed to be a support discussion board. You people have no clue what my husband has been thru. The time lapse was due to him loosing a wife in a car wreck shortly after his last visit with his child and his ex moving constantly and changing her and the childs name illegally several times. He was emotionally an finacially devistated. Bottom line you have to have money to fight for the rights you are owed. You people are too judgmental and I am discontinuing use of this board.
