I am doing this pro-se, which I already know is probably my first mistake, but I am hoping with some guidence I can at the very least keep what little visitation I have.
My ex has petitioned the court to even further diminish my little visitation. I have already filed my answer. Denying the allegations.
In the mail yesterday I recieved a Civil Trial Scheduling Conference sheet. Since I am pro-se I have gotten that I must call the Court administrator.
Ok, 1st question: Completion of discovery, I am assuming, which I know makes an ass out of me, that I may ask for whatever proof they believe they have, so how do I go about that?
2nd question: What is: Filing of dispositive motions? Also, can I or do I submit interogatories?
3rd question: This case will boil down to my proving I was at my scheduled visitation, which each and every time I took pictures that were dated. I also would stop at the same convience store and get a reciept, that is dated, how do I properly submit this to the court?
Basically, I am asking for a basic walkthrough of what I need to do to be ready for this. Since I cannot ask myself questions, how does that go? And what is the correct way to word questions towards the opposing party? Like asking the ex questions?
