I went through mediation a few mths back. I was going to divorce my current husband. I signed papers in mediation saying I wouldn't let the boys be around him. I have 2 with my ex. Only because we thought he was on drugs due to a stop were the officers found drugs. Since then everything has been dropped and he was found not guilty. We want to work things out but I'm scared now because I signed those papers. What do I need to do to have this reversed since the only thing my ex had against him and the reason I was in mediation is because of this stop and we all were concerned. But now that its all out in the open, he wasn't guilty. So I don't know what I need to do now and the boys miss him also. I tried to talk to my ex and he told me I signed the papers and that was it. I ask if we could all sit down and talk about. He cursed me and hung up on me so now I feel like I'm just stuck with something I wish a million times I could take back. If he would sit down with us and all the info. maybe we could agree on something but hes not willing to do that.
