Texas, as of 9-1 will have a maximum cs of $1500 per month. This is nearly $20K taxable income to the father (usually) and $20K non taxed income to mom (usually).
We keep going dow the same broken road. Funny thing is, 3 years ago Texas changed the SPO to Thursday after school to Monday morning, 1st 3rd and 5th. Well, add the summer and we have about a 60/40 split. So dad has to still house, clothe, feed, etc on top of the max cs, if ordered.
