So i am filing a motion for sole custody of my 13 yr old son, I am wondering is there some way I would be able to have evidence of how the mom can not provide a stable environment? What i mean, one of the main things is she gets into an apt for about 2 months, then gets booted due to non payment of rent. This is a vicious cycle for her, and she has even uprooted the kids multiple times taking them back and forth between KY & GA. Would the records my son's school currently have show some kind of pattern that i could use in court as some sort of evidence if asked? I have a feeling that just me saying "Your honor, she moves around too frequently because she doesn't pay bills" not being enough or just coming across as hearsay or something like that.
