I come home tonight and I hear a woman screaming "he is hurting me" or "he is trtying to kill me". Not sure because it was from about 30 feet, but it was enough for me to run to the open door.

as I call 911 I see hubbie on top of wifey. He is sitting on her pelvis arwea demanding his keys...she is saying no. She then, from the bottom position, punches and slaps him. She gauges the face, chest area. It happened pretty quick

I saw he was about to UNLOAD on her so I yelled "don't do that". I stood outside because I was not sure if there was gun or knife or something. I yelled for him to get off her and come outside...he surprisingly did. He was bloddied up. I did not see her clearly so I do not know if she was hit.

Police come. Inteerview them, interview me. I told them exactly what I saw...he went to jail.

Did being on top of her warrant that? Did she deserve to go to the pokie also? He smelled like a brewery though. It was interesting and surprising.
