We are grandparents. By court order, we are to have our granddaughter every 2nd and 4th weekend. This weekend is the first weekend for our visit since the trial 2 weeks ago. Our daughter is insisting that our granddaughter is sick/contagious, therefore we cannot have our visit. Can we insist on proof that our granddaughter is in fact sick/contagious?
