If the custodial parent moves about 90 miles away from NCP, would they be responsible for the rides to and from NCP house? If they offered to meet about 70 miles from their new place to the NCP's home- is that a good and fair offer? Should the wife of the CP be help responsible too? If the NCP takes it to court- what do you guys think would come out of it?
