If you want to push it (not always helpful to the situation) you can call and let them know you will be there to pick up the child. If they refuse to release the child you can call the police and ask them to file a police report to document the refusal of your court ordered visitation. This would help you if you are in the court process or need to go back to court in the future (possibly).
