I do everything Pro Se myself as I can not afford attorneys, and if you do enough research and somewhat have what you need and want to say in court worked out in your head ahead of time so as to not come off as a dumbass you can do ok. here in Lexington KY you have to file a Motion. at the time of filing the motion, you have to fill out an affidavit as to why you want to make the change and are filing the motion. Here we have to go to a mediation, to attempt to work it out there amicably i would say. Then there will be a court appearance after that.
