Nothing personal, but they all stink.

#1 is for father's only. Why not mother's too?

#2 says nothing. It could be argued that the present system ensures contact.

#3 opens a very dangerous door. Government forcing its citizens at gunpoint to go to a place that they do not want to go to and meet with someone they do not want to see. Never happen.
