The problem as I see it is the work flows are not set up correctly and all of the little mini departments do not communicate with each other.

For example, one of the little boys in my daughter's daycare got hurt while there. CPS is obligated to do their review. I have no problem there.

What was irritating is that my daycare was closed over two weeks longer than it needed to be because somehow the right department didn't get the doctor's report concurring with the doctor's opinions from Children's Hospital where the child was examined.

Everyday the daycare called and myself and some other parents got involved to find out what the hold up was. We were all told they were waiting for the doctor's report that was long since done.

Then also when there was a CPS report being investigated regarding my SD, it got passed off to 3 counties before it was investigated, none of the documentation submitted was ever seen by the investigating officer, and they did not keep the names in the report confidential as they had promised.
