I picked my son up Friday and he told me "mommy is moving". I am shocked. This is the whole premise of my case...her moving. Furthermore, I got no notice of the move. No e-mail, call nothing. This will be a different school. 1 for Kindergarten, now another for 1st. This will be his brothers 4th different school through 5th grade

I am waiting on a call from my attorney. This makes 9 moves in 6 years. 4 of which I have received little, or no notice.

What would you do here. Since it will be a new school I think I am back in a positive position. Changing schools is not going to be a factor. Whether in my district or hers the school will change. A recap
1) moved 9 times
2) false child abuse accusation
3) No notice given of moves
4) not heat winter of 2005
5) nearly lost houst to foreclosure
6) interference with parenting schedule

etc etc.
