Do you have proof of the move? Did you every get anything from the ex landlord? Is there anyway you can "prove" where she has taken you son?
If you can get the "proof" that she no longer lives where she used to (from the ex-landlord) do you have a reason to fear she is going to flee somewhere out of state?
Is there a move notice requirement in your custody order or is the notice requirement under your state law?
