my x took it upon hisself to remove a splint off of our 10 yr olds arm 1 week after a very bad wreck so he could play baseball. since i took him back to the er they have put a hard cast on his arm. his wife is a rn and helped him remove this splint. the doc at the er said he was lucky because it could of caused major nerve damage due to one of the cracks being so bad in this elbow. social services was called along with dcs. what can i do to push this issue? we are in a custody battle now and i'm truly worried if he'll do something this stupid, whats next. plus she should have known better being in the medical field. he hasn't called since to see who our child is doing. its seems that since theres no baseball theres no use.
