Her attorney forgot to send notice of the move. I called her the day of pick up and she asked wht time. I said normal, 3 pm. She said no 6 pm...I have our son too much (whatever). I said sorry but that is not the issue. She said she would call back at 5 pm with the address.
Since I did not know I went to the old address, she was not there, and I called the police. Of course, Houston PD won't do anything. She called at 5, and I went to the new address.
I am envoking the ROFR as she did not tell me he was in day care...she is pissed off big time. Anyways, we will see and thanks for asking
