OK, most or all of you know that this site has a security system that attempts to prevent spammers from posting on the site. To a large degree, largely due to the refinements over the years, I estimate that less than a half a percent (0.5%) of the total current spam actually evades the CR site system, and ends up as a posted message on this board.

In the last couple days, some new ones have hit, and I've removed them as promptly as possible. What the regular user don't see is, those spammers that are caught in the net, of which I estimate there is a daily average range of 30 to 200 per day (can you imagine all that clutter on the board?)

Anyway, most of that caught spam is porn, or similar crap.

However, here is one that was caught this morning, and here is the first sentence of it:

This is test-spam message, if you want stop spam on your site - just email me: stopspamme@mail.ru and your site will be immediately removed from spam-base.

As if this Russian clown would actually ever remove anyone from his data base. The invitation to email him is just another form of phishing for more email addresses to ADD (not subtract) to the data base.

Anyway, that's my chuckle for the day.
