My 15 year old stepdaughter wants to move in with her father and I. I love her very much and am excited,but her mother has said "NO" in conversation.Our daughter is struggling in her curent school system and has been thru tutoring and summer school.The school system we would transfer her to is very equipt to handle her learning disabilities. We are just trying to make this as painless as possible. Any suggestions on how to make this happen without lawyers and a huge fight?
