My x mother and father in law want to take my daughter (10) to Austrailia ( where my x father in law is from) for her golden bday- next June. When i divorced my x, ( 8 years ago or so)i was told by these two in lawas that they would take her there at any chance they had and never bring her back to me. So in our divorce papers it states that neither one of us- me or my childs dad may get her a passport. NOW, the x in laws want me to go to court or do whatever i need to, to be able to get her a passport so they can take her there. some people think my crazy for even thinking about it ( my parents) and some say to let her go- if something happens- shes old enough to know something is wrong ( my husband). MY QUESTION: what WOULD i need to do to get her a passport, and what are some opinions on weather u should think i should let her go?
